REVIEWS

FROM AUTHOR KERSTEN CAMPBELL,

(Confessions of an Insane Mother)

"I loved this book!  Full of fascinating characters and edge  of your seat suspense, this novel  entertains, educates, and   satisfies in a deep way.  It will make you ponder your own  values and how much you're willing to sacrifice for a way   of life we take for granted.  I felt the desperation of the    characters and the times.  In short, after reading Laurie's book, you'll never be the same."

FROM AUTHOR TANYA PARKER MILLS

(The Reckoning)

"The book is very well-written, fast-paced, and fluid, despite the back and forth between America and England . . . As a lover of research, I came away most impressed by the amount of investigation and fact-finding Lewis has apparently undertaken, not only for this volume, but for the entire saga.

Hi Laurie,
I have been anticipating the release of DAWN’S EARLY LIGHT and now that I have read the first three chapters, I’m chomping at the bit. This looks to be just as good as the first two books. I can hardly wait to read it!

"I just finished reading it and the last chapter got me hooked! I need to go back to the other two books and familiarize myself with everything again. I can't wait to see how you resolve the conflict between all the characters. You are a great writer and I look forward to all the many books you create!"

"Well, you've got me hooked. I just read the first two books. So now I'm involved in the lives of Jed, Frannie, Hannah and the rest. I cried when @@@@@ died. I suppose in war someone has to die but so sad that @@@@@ was one of them. I enjoyed the first 3 chapters of the next book and would love for my copy to be a free one ;) so enter me into the drawing please."

Several years ago my husband and I where going on a lengthy trip, we bought the audio book"Dark Sky at dawn." We were so entralled my the story and the history that we came home and bought the book and read it again.

We waited a year for the second, which was hard waiting, but we were not disappointed.  The story, character and the history behind the war of 1812 has been wonderful.  I think we all need to read these types of stories to make us see beyond ourselves.

Thank you, I look forward to reading the rest of volume three.

This is a fantastic way to involve people in your creative work! Maybe I should try this with sermons. Keep up the great work!
